Q: How usually the moving quote could be provided?
A: Ideally we encourage our customer to schedule an on-site survey to be conducted by our experienced sales executive. This service is absolutely free of charge and no obligation. Customer is encouraged to ask any moving related question during our sales executive conducting his/her site survey.

Q: Can you quote on the phone?
A: Yes we could. However due to we are not able to visualize site and therefore our phone quote usually will be priced conservatively. Besides, if any of the items are not correctly listed in will be charged separately.

Q: What is the size of your trucks?
A: Our trucks are in 14 to 15 foot length. We do have smaller truck for transition purposes .i.e. move between housing estate or condo and 15 foot truck due to narrow passage that bigger truck could not trespassing.

Q: How many workers you have in one truck?
A: We usually send 4 to 7 workers in one truck depending on the job size.

Q: Do you provide packing, dismantling service for my bed frame?
A: Yes we do, both packing and dismantling are considered value added service offering that will be charged separately from standard moving cost.

Q: Do you provide any boxes?
A: Yes we do provide free boxes. We will ask for deposit base on number of boxes requested by our customer. Upon unpacking customer call contact us to collect all the unpacked boxes and the deposit will be refunded in full as long as boxes are remain in good condition. We are in environmental friendly practice to reduce tree cutting.

Q: Do you move piano?
A: Yes we do. Our trained staff will help to move your piano from your current place to destination with a separate charge beside your moving cost. Please consult our sales executive for more information.
